Cammy is a Partner & Senior Escrow Officer at DVC Title & Escrow. Cammy has almost 30 years of experience in closing timeshare transactions with 25 of those years focused on DVC. She is one of the most experienced DVC escrow officers with over 50,000 DVC transactions closed. She is widely recognized as setting the standard for the quickest closings in the industry. She was recognized multiple times as a top producer in her prior role. Cammy has one adult child.
Ben Farrar
Partner & CEO
Ben is a Partner & CEO of DVC Title & Escrow. His entire professional career has been dedicated to real estate transactions. He started as a file clerk 20+ years ago and has since helped build and successfully exit three national title companies. He is an attorney by training and holds title agent licenses in 37 states. Ben is married with three children and as DVC members and annual passholders they are always looking to sneak down to Disney World.
Lynn Warner
Partner & Senior Escrow Officer
Lynn is Partner & Senior Escrow Officer at DVC Title & Escrow. She has over 20 years of experience in closing real estate transactions as a paralegal and escrow officer. In her prior role, Lynn was recognized as a top tier closer. She helped launch two title companies and was integral in establishing internal procedures and quality control protocols. Lynn has two adult children and five granddaughters.
Louise Tomcho
Pre-Closer
Louise is a Pre-Closer at DVC Title & Escrow. She has over 20 years in real estate title as a paralegal and most recently as the national recording and policy manager for a successful title company. She was an integral piece in helping grow and oversee all of the complexities associated with a national title company. Louise enjoys reading, gardening and travel in her free time.
Katherine Phillips
Post-Closer
Katherine is a Post-Closer at DVC Title & Escrow. Katherine graduated from Kennesaw State University with a finance degree. After graduation, she worked in the shipping industry for 5 years before switching careers to real estate. She was the head of the policy department for her previous company and helped lead a complete overhaul of their policy department. Katherine is married with three young daughters.
